Customer Satisfaction

Posted on March 8, 2015 at 11:05 PM Comments comments (2291)

Hello friends,

As spring approaches our team has a theme: Customer satisfaction is a top priority. Recently a customer saw that when we clean we also must hand clean some edges due to filtraion soiling ( the black you see along the dges of some walls). I told the customer "we go that extra mile to make your carpet look as good as possible" and he said I v'e never had service this good. Now that is the kind of top quality service we will continue to supply!! Come on warm weather!!

"How We Intend To Keep You Happy"

Posted on February 18, 2015 at 1:35 PM Comments comments (1158)

Good afternoon readers!

I hope you are staying warm and if you've missed work the last couple of days I hope you got to spend some quality time with your loved ones.

Being a college business student, I feel like I'm open minded to a variety of ideas that are presented to me every day. I enjoy reading business articles, and I take from those many valuable ideas that I can implement not only in my professional life but in my personal life as well! Lately, I have been inspired from what I've learned in my classes and for me, that is the drive for this post. Today's post revolves around how our business can make YOU the customers happy!

Toney's Floor Care, LLC promises to:

  • Provide quality customer service in every job we encounter
  • Be kind and courteous to not only the customer themselves, but to their home as well
  • Offer the best price and best deal to our consumers
  • Use our morals, values, and virtues to make accurate decisions
  • Use God as our strength in whatever job we do
We hope that after reading this, it will give you some insight as to what our focus is in keeping our customers satisfied. With business, I've learned that yes making a profit is important, we cannot forget who is getting us there and who we want to keep coming back! :)

A long cold winter...

Well it's been a long cold winter here in NC. The business is slower in Jan-Feb and I can plainly see the lull. Sometimes I compare it to feast or famine. Still for all the headaches of being in business for the first year, I have to say it's be well worth it. The pleasure I get in making people happy , while making money is truly satisfying. I'm looking forward to spring just the same. God Bless and good night.:)

Triple Threepeat>>>>>

Well, it finally happened. Three different customers called for the third time each. My customer Base is already paying sweet rewards. I continue to advertise, but hope to be able to stop that in the near future. It is a true blessing from God for me and my family to be so successful, so soon in to my floor care business. It also took a good upbringing from my mom and dad , who I love dearly.  So now I forge ahead........

Back in Business

Sometimes in business we face different challenges. For me it's a flare up of my back. I have been down for 2 weeks due to my back issues. Hopefully I will not need another surgery. I pray to God everyday that he will heal my back so I can go at it full speed ahead.

In just two short months I have already seen what can happen when you practice good customer service. I have been getting referrals from customers that I already have.Thumbtack is still my main source of leads, but googfle is starting to generate some good traffic to the website. I hope to be two booked out soon. I am also going to try some different email marketing campaigns.I am doing the local Snap Fitness Gym this Saturday. All in all it has been a great two months of being open for business.

Thumbtack.com has been a good source for many of my leads.I like the fact that you can ask customers questions before I quote the job. I also like linking them back to my website. Our partnership can only get better from here. See Thumbtack.com on my home page and reviews page.

The US Open For Business

It was me, Rick, & Johnny watching Phil Mickelson fall apart on a par 3 ( the sixth, where we camped out for a while). I had a great time, but,  no pictures because they didn't allow cameras. We still managed to have a good time but,we figured out its better at home in the AC!

Well after a day at the US Open on Saturday it is back to business today. I got my new rescue pump today so there will be no down time due to a failed pump. The business is doing pretty good, but I am still waiting a five day straight booking. I know it will come just by the great customers I have met so far. June will go down in the black for the company and it is very encouraging. More to follow............:)

Getting Down to Business by Steve Toney

Well after one full week of being open for business I have to say things are going well. I am amazed at the people I have already met and their overwhelming support for my new business. I have had many people impressed with my all new equipment and low prices. I feel like I'm undercharging for some things, but I feel like I need to so I can get my name out there. Owning your own business is hard work, but the sense of satisfaction at the end of the day is unbelievable. If people keep giving me a chance even though I'm a new company, I will have more work than I can do. Thanks again to my family, friends & New customers who have all given me so much support. Here is a pic of a satisfied customer Cathleen M from Huntersville with Lacy & Tim (She could have picked another company, but I'm so glad she picked mine).
